Nutritional balance workshop

During this dynamic and interactive workshop, we will explore the fundamental principles of a balanced diet.

You will understand which diets are suitable for you to maintain good health.

We emphasize the importance of not compromising your health by following inappropriate diets. Many participants have experienced health problems after following unsuitable diets, and I will share information from reputable medical publications with you.

I'll add some quick and easy tips to put into practice. In addition, I'll incorporate the principles of Chinese medicine to help you maintain your health throughout the year. For this workshop, we'll focus on the summer season.

Maximum of 6 participants.

The workshop lasts 90 minutes.

The price is 75 euros.

This will allow us to take a personalized approach. Before the workshop, we will have a preliminary interview to clearly understand your expectations, so that you leave with precise concepts ready to be put into practice and that you can maintain throughout the year and share with your family.

It is conducted in French (possibility in Spanish on request at another date).
